Homegrown Athletics is committed to supporting and developing aspiring athletes right here in our local community. We believe in building more than just fast athletes; we build confident, resilient, and hard working individuals.

In an effort to grow female representation in cycling, the team will always consist of at least 50% female athletes.

We are proud to feature a structured mentorship program designed for positive peer influence and relationships. This consists of two youth riders and a U23 professional rider.

Our youth riders are aspiring athletes that have a focus on the fundamentals with exposure to regional and national level races, but an emphasis on keeping it fun!

Our U23 rider is an experienced national level athlete who serves as a team mentor and role model, guiding the youth riders on and off the bike as they learn and grow.

As part of the team agreement, all three athletes will complete community service hours to give back, support, and continue building our local community.
